Arrowhead (慈菇) or Ngaku only can get them during Chinese New Year.  I get to know this chips from my sister.  They are supper addictive.

Almond and Choco Pop Chocolate

Tomorrow is Wei last day at the PAP and she will be a Primary 1 next year.  Making homemade chocolate to thank her teachers for teaching her to learn what she need for this 3 years.

Marshmallows Chocolate

Wei Wei's last year in PAP and going to Primary 1 next year, so I made some Mashmallows chocolate for her classmates on the last day of school and wish all the best to her classmate.

Chicken Burger

Always having noodle, porridge, rice for lunch everyday, the children were tired of them! So today, I decided to have a change and made fast food for lunch. I made Chicken Burger and fried some fries. The children were thrilled and dug in to the food almost immediately.

Raisin Scone

This is my 1st time making scone for tomorrow breakfast. My girl can't wait for tomorrow already eat as supper.

Crispy Crab Stick

This is my first time doing this. It is very easy to make. Both children and adults will love it. I have made 10 boxes for my friends & relatives for Chinese New Year goodies.
