Char Siew Pau

First time making .... not very successful. The skin not so crispy. 










Flaky Dough Ingredient:-

600g Plain flour
75g Sugar
190g Shortening Oil
1 tbsp Golden syrup
265g Water

Shortening Dough Ingredient:-

150g Shortening
300g Plain flour

Filling Ingredient:-

300g Minced meat
300g Chopped Char Siew
3 cloves Minced Garlic
1 Onion (cut into small pcs)
100g Green peas
1 tsp Tapioca starch
1 tsp  Oil

Seasoning Ingredient:-

1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
Adequate sesame oil
Adequate monosodium / pepper
