Custard Caramel





Ingredients for pudding:- 8cups
160g   Condensed milk
480g   Milk
180g   Egg
1 pc    Lime Peel
           Vanilla pod

Ingredients for Caramel:-
100g   Sugar
30ml   Water

Method:
  1. Put 100g sugar and 30ml water to boil and continue to cook until the sugar become caramel.
  2. Divide the caramel into the bottom of the mould.
  3. Bring milk, condensed milk, vanila pod and lime peel to boil.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in the egg, Sieve the mixture.
  5. Bake in the water bath at 140C.
  6. Chill until cool.
