Cream Cheese Buns

Today I didnt need to report for work as my 2nd daughter was sick, i stayed at home to look after her.  I was looking through Alex Goh's recipe book and i saw this yummy recipe.  So I decided to try it in my free time.   



Prepare a basic sweet bun dough (60g each).

Cream Cheese Filling (10 - 12 pcs):-
(A)  50g Butter
       80g Icing Sugar

(B)  250g Cream Cheese
       Pinch of salt

(C) 2 Egg yolks

(D)  20g Cornflour

(E)  50g Raisins

Method:-
1.  Cream (A) till well combined.
2.  Add (B) and cream till well blended.
3.  Add (C) , cream till smooth.
4.  Add (D) then (E) and mix till well blended.
5.  Refrigerate until firm.  Set aside.
