Pandan Kaya Bun

The bread gives off pandan aroma, it is very fluffy and delicious.





Ingredient:-

300g        Bread flour
30g          Sugar
1 1/2 tsp  Yeast
1/2 tsp     Salt
78g          Coconut milk
80g          Water
1               Egg Yolk
1 1/2 tsp  Pandan essence
40g          Butter

Filling: Ready made kaya

Method:
1.   Preheat oven 190° C.
2.   Combine all the ingredient exclude the butter to form a dough.
3.   Add butter, knead till smooth & elastic.
4.   Rest about an hour or double in size.
5.   Divide the dough.
6.   Shape each portion round and put the kaya filling and leave it for final proof.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
