Durian Butter Cake

The cake was rich and buttery. The durian flavor is intense too.





Ingredients:-
250g mashed durian flesh + 60g milk
250g butter
150g sugar
240g self rising flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking powder, sifted
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, sifted
5 Egg

Method:-
1) Cream butter and sugar until light fluffy.
2) Add one egg at a time and continue beating.
3) Add in durian gradually and beat for 2 1/2 mins.
4) Add in flour, baking powder and bicarbonate soda. Mix well.
5) Pour batter into a greased baking tray.
6) Bake at 170c for 45 - 50 mins.
