Chendol

Nice dessert especially for hot day!




     Ingredients:

     200g Gula Melaka (palm sugar) 
     2 Pandan leaves (knotted)
     250g Coconut milk + 1/2 tsp salt
     1 packet Cendol strip 
     Cooked red beans
     adequate shaved ice

     Method:-
  1. Coconut milk and pandan leaves cook over medium heat, left it to cool and chill in refrigerator.
  2. To serve, place gula melaka syrup (1-2 tbsp depending how sweet you want), cooked red beans, 2 tbsp of cendol strips in to a glass, shaved ice and top with coconut milk.
