Brought my Daughter's Hong Kong Buddy - Janet Chan to The Majestic Bay Restaurant for dinner at Garden by The Bay

First time eatting coffee crab.  It is probably seen only in The Majestic Bay Restaurant.  When the dish came you can smell frangances from the coffee.

龙虾蟹肉荔枝球
Crispy stuffed lychee, lobster, crab meat, mushrooms

蒜子豆根野菌斑球煲

Braised, fresh mushrooms, fish fillet, garlic, tofu sheet, clay pot style

冠华咖啡焗（招牌菜）
