Ingredients:-
3eEggs
70g sugar
90g cake flour
20g corn oil
20ml orange juice
1 orange zest
Method:-
- Mix corn oil, orange juice and orange zest together put a side.
- Whip egg and sugar until light and think.
- Fold in sieved flour and mix well.
- Add in no. 1.
- Bake at 160c for 20 mins.
- Unmould immediately after baking and leave to cool.
- Cut the top portion and decorate with butter cream n whipped cream.
