叉烧菠箩包





餐包皮 (16 pcs, 60g each)
Ingredients:-
375g   Bread flour
125g   Plain flour
125g   Sugar
47g     Shortening
7g      Yeast
1        Egg
250g   Water
          Salt

Fillings:-
250g   Roasted Pork
½       Onions
1 packet of sauce
          Oyster sauce
          Light soya sauce
          Dark soya sauce
          Sugar
          Pepper
          Salt
          Sesame oil
          Corn flour

菠箩
Ingredients:-
(A)        120g   Sugar
120g   Butter
2g      Ammonia
2g      Baking soda
1/2     Egg
                    Fresh milk
(B)        240     Cake flour

Method:-
1.    Mix ingredients (A) well and add (B).
2.    Cut it into 30g each.

Pre heat oven at 100 c, bake at 190c for 5mins brush one more time egg continue to bake for another 8 - 10mins.
