Another recipe from Alex Goh.
Ingredients:-
(A) 200g Cake flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Milk powder
250g Butter
(B) 5 Eggs
175g Sugar
(C) 2 tbsp Orange juice
Zest of 1 Orange
Method:-
- Cream (A) till smooth and fluffy.
- Whip (B) till light and thick
- Add (C) into (B) and mix well evenly blended.
- Add (A) and mix well incorporated.
- Place the batter into a cupcake mould.
- Bake at 190 c for 20 mins.
- Unmould immediately after baking and leave to cool.
