Mix Seed Bread






Ingredients:-

30g           Whole meal flour
240g         Bread flour
11g           Yeast
50g           Rye flour                                   
6g             Salt
220g         Water
10g           Shortening
1 tbsp       Bread improver crusty
2 tbsp       Sun flower seeds
2 tbsp       Walnut
2 tbsp       Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp       White sesame
2 tbsp       Rye Flakes

Method:-
1.     Put all ingredients into the mix bowl except shortening.
2.     Mix to form dough then add in the shortening and mix until elastic.
3.     Let it rest till double size.
4.     Divide the dough to 2 pcs and shape it round.
5.     Rest for another 10 mins.
6.     Shape the dough to oval shape and coat with the Rye flour.
7.     Let it proof double the size and bake at 190c for 10 to 15 mins.
