Maple Syrup Cranberry Bun (枫糖蔓越莓甜面包)

The aroma of the maple syrup is very strong., making the bread very aromatic and yummy.



Ingredient:-
300g bread flour
4g salt
10g milk powder
60g maple syrup
165 - 175g cold water
1tsp yeast
12g butter

75g dry cranberry

Method:-
1. Mix cold water and maple syrup.
2. Mix all the ingredients except butter.
3. Mix till a dough is formed and put in the butter till you get a smooth dough and in cranberry.
4. Prove dough for 50 minutes or till double in size.
5. Divide dough into 12 portions of 60g each and shape it. Prove for another 50 minutes or till double in size.
6. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or till cooked.
