Hot Cross Buns(复活节十字面包)

复活节到了。 在基督教传统上, 自然是要吃Hot Cross Bun的（看到面包上的cross 没?)。 这面包是很有来历的。为了纪念耶稣被订在十字架上，人们会在Good Friday是要吃这种面包和彩蛋。虽然这面包有浓厚的宗教色彩，作为一款很传统的面包，还是值得一试的。

It has been a while since I last baked bread for my family so today I have to bake some for their breakfast tomorrow. In fact, some of the bread didn't make it to breakfast tomorrow. They went into the stomach of my 3 Angels as tea break. :-)
