Hot Dog Bun

在图书馆借了这本书<港面包•港味道>。发觉里头的食谱都加了改良劑(bread improver)。 面包好软。


Ingredients:-

Dough:
300g bread flour
150g wheat flour
100g sugar
7g yeast
4g bread improver
3/4cup warm water
1/4cup milk
1 egg
42g butter

Filling:- 16 hot dog
Topping:- cheese, mayo & chilli sauce

Method:-
1) mix all ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic.

2) put dough in bowl covered with cloth and let it ferment for about an hour until double in size.

3) Divide the dough into 16 portions, Roll flat by rolling pin and put the hot dog in the middle.

4) Put in the baking cup and let it ferment until double in size.

5) Egg wash, spread mayonnaise and cheese on top.

6) Bake in oven at 200c for 10 - 15 mins.
