Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

This recipe works well as an appetizer or impressive side dish. Portobello mushrooms are stuffed with tomatoes, sausages, potatoes, onion and top with cheese, then baked to perfection. It is juicy and yummy..




Ingredient:-
6 portobello mushroom
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
2 sausage (cut small)
1 potatoes (cut small)
1 onion (finely chop)
1 tomatoes (cut small)
Shredded cheese
Salt
Pepper

Method:-

1) Cook potatoes and sausages in the medium until browned. Add the onion cook until fragrant, removed from the heat. Add in fresh tomatoes.

2) Brush the mushroom with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Pan fried it for 2 - 3 mins.

3) Fill each mushroom with the sausages mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4) Bake at 200c for 10 - 15 mins until the cheese has turn golden brown.
