Pork Floss Bun


 Requested by elder daughter....

Ingredients:-
300g Bread flour
50g Top flour
30g Milk powder
2 Eggs
30g Butter
3tsp Instant yeast
100g Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
120ml Water
1/2tsp Bread Improver

Method:-
  1. Beat all the ingredients with high speed for 10 mins, until it become a dough. Let it ferment for 2 hours. 
  2. After the dough is twice its size, remove it and cut it into small pcs. Roll them into a ball, eave it a size for 10 mins.
  3. Roll the dough into the required shape and then let it ferment for another 50-60 mins. Graze it and bake at 200c fir 10-15 mins.
