Custard Bun
面包还是我的最爱哦。。。

卡斯达酱
材料:
蛋黄2个,细砂糖 20g, 高筋面粉 30g, 鲜奶130g
做法:
将材料全部放入锅内,先用打蛋器搅拌均匀,再用小火边煮变搅拌成糊状,取出放凉,盖上保鲜膜。冷藏约60 min. (我是30min放凉,30min冷藏).
