Sesame Tapioca Bread Mix (Mochi Bread)
I bought it at Parkway Parade, one of the Korea Mart. Just simply add 3 ingredients which are 1 egg, 90ml of milk and 20g of butter.
The bread is so delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.
Bake at 180 for 20mins.
