Ingredients for pudding:- 8cups
160g Condensed milk
480g Milk
180g Egg
1 pc Lime Peel
Vanilla pod
Ingredients for Caramel:-
100g Sugar
30ml Water
Method:
- Put 100g sugar and 30ml water to boil and continue to cook until the sugar become caramel.
- Divide the caramel into the bottom of the mould.
- Bring milk, condensed milk, vanila pod and lime peel to boil.
- Remove from heat, stir in the egg, Sieve the mixture.
- Bake in the water bath at 140C.
- Chill until cool.
