Ingredients:-
400g Bread flour
200g Plain flour
84g Sugar
9g Salt
84g Butter
60g Egg
36g Milk powder
300g Water
9g Yeast
Method:-
- Mix all ingredients except butter first till the dough smooth, add in butter and mix until the dough elastic.
- Ferment the dough until double the size.
- Divide the dough into 60g each. Rest for 10 - 15 mins.
- Shape each dough and place them on the baking tray.
- Bake at 170 c for 10 - 15 mins.
- When it is done, brush the TOP of each bun with butter.
