Soft Bread Rolls



400g   Bread flour
200g   Plain flour
84g     Sugar
9g       Salt
84g     Butter
60g     Egg
36g     Milk powder
300g   Water
9g       Yeast


  1. Mix all ingredients except butter first till the dough smooth, add in butter and mix until the dough elastic.
  2. Ferment the dough until double the size.
  3. Divide the dough into 60g each. Rest for 10 - 15 mins.
  4. Shape each dough and place them on the baking tray.
  5. Bake at 170 c for 10 - 15 mins.
  6. When it is done, brush the TOP of each bun with butter.
