Potato bread

It so soft and nice and is worth to try.

Ingredients:-

250g   bread flour
50g     mashed potato
50g     egg
50g     castor sugar
75g     water / fresh milk
1tbsp  milk powder
1/2tsp salt
1tsp    instand yeast
20g     butter

Topping:-
25g     instant custard powder

60g     water
