Surprise Birthday cake from my lovely children.

Made these cupcakes with my daughter for her friend on graduation day. It was our first time using fondant. It was not a very good experience as the fondant was hard to handle but it turned out pretty decent.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

A red velvet cupcake is a red chocolate cake. It smells like real chocolate cake. I suddenly had the urge to do it since the colour of the cupcakes is so special.

Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Here is the recipe. There is yogurt in it unlike other muffins recipe so I decided to try it. The muffins were nice and fluffy.

Today i am making my girl's favourite yummy Oreo muffin for tomorrow breakfast. I am using Ellena Guan's recipe (Thanks Ellena!) and made some modification. I have reduce sugar by 10g. Using fresh milk instead of condensed milk.

Cup Cakes

Time files..... My dear Wei Wei is 6 year old now. This is her last year celebrating her birthday in her kindergarden school (PAP). I made some cup cakes for her classmate instead of a cake.
