I like the tangzhong recipe very much because it making the bun soft and fluffy.

(65°C) Cheese stick with Bacon Bead

The bread was very soft and fluffy. The cheese gives off a strong aroma and adds flavour to the bread. Very delicious.

(65°C) Japanese Chicken Curry Bun

The children can't take spicy food so i used Japanese curry which is a bit sweet to cook chicken & potatoes for the filling.  The children love it.

(65°C) Chocolate Wassant

Even though the chocolate wassant I made, doesn't look that appealing on the outside. It is actually extremely delicious! It is very soft and the chocolate was aromatic.  I adapted  Florence's recipe.
