Ingredients A:-
125g plain flour
70g water
Ingredients:-
150g plain flour
80g boiled water
Fillings:-
500g minced meat
3tbsp water
350g chinese cabbage
50g minces ginger
Seasonings:-
10g salt
pepper
8g sugar
15g tapioca starch
Method:-
- Knead ingredients A and B respectively to form a dough. Combined both dough, set aside for 30 mins.
- Cut cabbage into sections put salt season for 5 mins. Squeeze out the excess water.
- Mix salt and minced meat. Continue mixing till it turns sticky. Add in remaining seasonings and water, stir evenly.
- Add in chinese cabbage, minced ginger, stir evenly, set aside.
- Roll out the dough into 1-2mm in thickness. Wrap in fillings, mould it into dumpling.
- Head out some oil in flat bottom pan, arrange dumplings on pan, fry for a while. Add in some water, cover with lid and simmer till fully cooked. Unlid and add in some oil continue frying till both sides turn golden brown.
