鍋貼


好香的鍋貼。。。。








Skin
Ingredients A:-
125g   plain flour
70g     water

Ingredients:-
150g  plain flour
80g    boiled water

Fillings:-
500g  minced meat
3tbsp water
350g  chinese cabbage
50g    minces ginger

Seasonings:-
10g   salt
        pepper
8g    sugar
15g  tapioca starch

Method:-
  1. Knead ingredients A and B respectively to form a dough.  Combined both dough, set aside for 30 mins.
  2. Cut cabbage into sections put salt season for 5 mins.  Squeeze out the excess water.
  3. Mix salt and minced meat.  Continue mixing till it turns sticky.  Add in remaining seasonings and water, stir evenly.
  4. Add in chinese cabbage, minced ginger, stir evenly, set aside.
  5. Roll out the dough into 1-2mm in thickness.  Wrap in fillings, mould it into dumpling.
  6. Head out some oil in flat bottom pan, arrange dumplings on pan, fry for a while.  Add in some water, cover with lid and simmer till fully cooked.  Unlid and add in some oil continue frying till both sides turn golden brown.
