Ingredients:-
- 110g butter
- 90g castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
- 125g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 100g corn flakes, crushed
Method:-
- Cream butter and sugar till smooth, add in vanilla essence.
- Add in egg yolk and continue to beat till smooth.
- Shift in self-raising flour and corn flour, mix well to make it into a dough.
- Keep the dough in refrigerator for half and hour.
- Use one teaspoon of dough and make it into a small ball and coat it with corn flakes, and put into small paper cup.
- Bake in preheated oven at 150'C for 25 minutes.
