Tomorrow Breakfast ....
Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Dried shrimp, soaked in hot water, drained and chopped coarsely
500g Rice flour
60g Tapioca flour
60g Wheat starch
1400ml Water
3 tsp Salt
1 cube Chicken stock
1 tsp Five spice powder
* pepper to taste
- Steam sliced yam until cook and smash it, mix well with the flour ingredients, set aside.
- Mixed the water, salt, chicken stock, five spice powder and pepper together. Make sure the chicken stock dissolve properly.
- Pour into the yam mixture and mixed well, set aside.
- Fried dried shrimps till brown and crisp on low flame.
- Add in yam mixture and keep stirring until it forms a sticky texture. (medium heat)
- Pour mixture into a greased pan, steam for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cook.
- Cool completely before cutting.
- Fried until golden brown.
- Enjoy with some chilli or sweet dark sauce.
