Orange Butterfly Sponge Cake








Ingredients:-
3eEggs
70g sugar
90g cake flour
20g corn oil
20ml orange juice
1 orange zest

Method:-
  1. Mix corn oil, orange juice and orange zest together put a side.
  2. Whip egg and sugar until light and think.
  3. Fold in sieved flour and mix well.
  4. Add in no. 1.
  5. Bake at 160c for 20 mins.
  6. Unmould immediately after baking and leave to cool.
  7. Cut the top portion and decorate with butter cream n whipped cream.
