Budae Jjigae is a popular Korean dish with lots of seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms, kimchi, tofu, instant noodles, rice cake, korean fish cake, hot dogs and pork. The preparation is so easy. The children love this delicious stew.
Ready stew sauce
Method:-
1. Add water to a ready stew sauce and bring to boil
in a medium soup pot, add kimchi. Turn
off the flame and set aside.
2. Arrange stew ingredients (except ramen and mushroom) in a steamboat
pot.
3. Add prepared soup base to the steamboat pot and let
stew to a boil over medium heat.
4. Add a packet of korean ramen (without the
flavourings) to the stew, add in mushroom.
5. Simmer uncovered for another 2-4 minutes.
6. Ready to serve.
